 And you think this speeds you up for your performance as a relay?

 Most of these are bad ideas. Setting the RelayBandwidthRate and
 RelayBandwidthBurst are good ideas.

 The others are neutral at best, and likely harmful.

 Also, a trac ticket isn't a good place to publish this sort of thing --
 nobody is going to notice it. Maybe the tor-talk list is better?
