 Onionoo has two new document types:

  - https://onionoo.torproject.org/#clients
  - https://onionoo.torproject.org/#uptime

 These documents contain graph data that can be displayed by Globe in the
 same way as bandwidth and weights data are displayed.  Want to add graphs
 for them?
