 Hm. The flip side here is that we don't want Tor Launcher to be enforcing
 syntax on the bridge lines -- if we do that then we need to change Tor
 Launcher every time we start using some other piece of the bridge line
 syntax. Remember how Tor Launcher in the past was refusing to accept obfs2
 bridges because surely you made a mistake by putting the string "obfs2"
 where you just did?
