 Sometimes I want to turn off torsocks temporarily. I have been doing it by
 editing Makefile to remove the torsocks calls, and then remembering not to
 accidentally commit the change. This patch makes it so you can override
 torsocks on the command line:

 make prep TORSOCKS=
 }}}
