Comment:

 This bug is ancient and is muddled with numerous branding issues that
 existed back in the Vidalia days that have since been solved. Closing this
 as invalid. There are of course a few specific branding issues that still
 exist in TBB 3.x (https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/query?keywords
 =~tbb-branding&status=!closed), and this is not a dismissal of those
 remaining issues.
