 When a bridge operator looks up his bridge on globe, and sees
 10.116.166.233, the first instinct is that something has gone wrong.

 Since that's the primary (or at least most obvious) attribute that we
 scrub for bridges, maybe we should add a little link near there, with text
 like "Why is this not my IP address" or "How this address is anonymized"
 or similar. Ideally with far fewer words yet equally clear.
