 We want to write and later maintain a Tor Publisher User Manual for people
 to publish their blog via a Tor hidden service.  This manual shall
 describe the necessary steps to set up a blogging platform like
 [http://jekyllrb.com/ Jekyll] that outputs static website files and a
 remotely running minimal web server that serves static files via a Tor
 hidden service.  The intended audience would be users who know how to edit
 text files, though they would be given step-by-step instructions what to
 edit and why.  Current status is that we need to find somebody to write an
 outline or first draft of this manual.  Ideally, we'll be done by end of
 Q2/2014.
