 Instruction should be valid for newer webroot software too.

 If you don't want to uninstall then you need to update webroot software or
 to allow blocked modules in config. You need to ask antivirus support or
 someone yet about need steps.

 Like solution from internet:

 ---Application Protection ---and allow gkmedias.dll in C:\users\..\tor

 It can be not only gkmedias.dll however.
