 Good point. Probably worth doing.
 I guess dual-stack PTs is something we will want to support in the long-
 term too, right?

 BTW, we will also need to support multiple `TransportProxy` lines in the
 statefile too. Since that's where Tor keeps the IP:PORT that the PT
 listened last time.
