 When visiting https://weather.torproject.org/ TBB does not give it a
 padlock and Firefox shows an exclamation mark (I guess it would issue a
 message if I hadn't disabled that).

 Upon looking into why that happens I saw that "top-middle.png"
 (http://weather.torproject.org/top-middle.png) gets served over http,
 although it is available over https.
