#11219: BridgeDB's twisted version doesn´t have a `t.w.client.HTTPConnectionPool`

 And as such, bridgedb-0.1.5 with the patches for #11127 will not run,
 because it uses `twisted.web.client.HTTPConnectionPool` to kill disable
 persistent connections to the reCaptcha API server. While waiting for it
 to get updated, we need to patch this out to that the `HTTPConnectionPool`
 isn't called.
