 There's nothing more. It looks like a failure happen within
 `runWithDirector(False, False)` in `test_oonicli:run_tests()` but there's
 no trace of it. I don't understand how I could get one.

 No. A test suite should run without installing the software.

 Also, the test environment has no network access.
