 By the way, if this ''were'' fixable from BridgeDB's Twisted servers,
 [https://twistedmatrix.com/trac/ticket/6663 this Twisted Trac ticket] on
 setting ciphersuites in `CertificateOptions` would be relevant.
 (Documenting this just in case this issue comes up somewhere else.)
