 What's done so far:

  * Created a couple of tables in the database for support assistants
 accounts.
  * Authentication, Login, Logout and change password code is out of the
 way.
  * Most of the app's html is now written in django's template engine.

 I plan to push the code once I clean it out a bit (maybe by the end of the
 week).
