 For SponsorO reports, Karsten suggests that we turn the table in the
 monthly help desk report into nice graphs. For example: a pie chart with
 requests by language, another pie chart with rejected vs. answered vs.
 open, then a bar chart with tickets resolved per day.

 Karsten, would you like to create R scripts to generate such graphs? Do
 you need additional information on top of what is in the reports (e.g.
 [https://lists.torproject.org/pipermail/tor-reports/2014-March/000469.html
 Feb 2014]) or a different format?

 A git repository has been requested in #11176.
