 It's probably something about fetching info about new TBB or pinging
 servers about new add-ons (NoScript and HTTPS-Everywhere). If you fast
 enough for first times then nothing yet fetched and HTTPS-Everywhere
 didn't triggered some changes in db files. After fetch it stores something
 to disk (as allowed by uncheck "Don't record browsing history" option) and
 every next run guaranteed crashes. It's only theory, however.
