 `Alice` is part of `Telefónica Germany` for some time and has now been
 replaced by its brand `O2`.
 Most Alice pages redirect to `http://www.o2online.de/` only email is still
 available.
 o2online.de rules can be found in `O2_online.de.xml`.
 (It might be a good idea to incorporate `AliceDSL.xml` into
 `O2_online.de.xml`.)
 I attached a updated ruleset.
 This applies to stable and development branch.
