 We changed release numbering schemes, so that 13.0.5 is in fact what we
 used to call 1.0.13. So, from that perspective, it isn't quite such a gap,
 but it is still is. I have posted changelog's elsewhere but have not
 updated the CHANGELOG.

 As for obfsclient, no not yet. We have the old obfsproxy 2 C support in
 though.
