 As it was a security feature, he did not want to.  He assumed TBB would
 not work for him.

 Although it is not related to this bug, users can bypass the "unknown
 developer" prompt by control-clicking on the TBB app bundle and choosing
 "Open" from the context menu.  This approach may be less scary for people
 than changing their system-wide settings.
