 Cold startup (fresh bridgedb install) -

 bridgedb  16.73s user 2.09s system 90% cpu 20.714 total

 new bridgedb -
 bridgedb  13.59s user 0.52s system 99% cpu 14.172 total
 bridgedb  4.24s user 0.09s system 98% cpu 4.393 total

 Note - this breaks Stability stuff, set {{{COLLECT_TIMESTAMP=False}}}
