 On a site note this was a bit of a miss on our part. When flagging these
 relays we mentioned that we should file a ticket so we don't forget to
 narrow the policy later but then forgot. We're presently in the middle of
 reorganizing ourselves in this space so it should go smoother in the
 future. Thanks for the reminder ticket! :)
