Comment:

 Fixed in my `fix/12635-tbb-dl-links` branch, and merged for version 0.2.3.
 For the record, I changed it from
 https://www.torproject.org/projects/torbrowser.html.en#downloads-beta to
 https://www.torproject.org/projects/torbrowser.html, opting to leave off
 the `#downloads` anchor because it led to a rather overwhelming matrix of
 downloadable things.
