 I believe I have done all of these and answered to your questions on the
 tickets on github.

 The issues were re-enabled, because it turned out that some of the closed
 ones had not been migrated and they were needed. Unfortunately there is
 now way to put them read-only. They are now all disabled and should have
 been migrated. The only one not disabled is "EvilGenius", because it's not
 really a OONI component and I think it's fine for the moment to just keep
 the issues there.
