Comment:

 Sounds pretty interesting.  This is going to need a design proposal (see
 https://gitweb.torproject.org/torspec.git/blob_plain/refs/heads/master:/proposals/001-process.txt
 ) to figure out how best to signal support for alternative TLDs and for
 clients to use that information.
