 Have you done any changes do the `requirements.txt`? From the looks of it
 the requirements.txt contains a line that should not be there that is the
 line containing "-e
 git://github.com/appliedsec/pygeoip.git@d4098c6afb1d041ee6242727278f02d069a17503#egg=pygeoip-0.3.1".
