 HTTPS Everywhere Version:  2013.10.16

 HTTPS Everywhere is preventing images loading on BBC websites e.g.
 www.bbc.co.uk/news. Half the time it works fine and images load fine, but
 about half of the time the images don't load and the bottom right of the
 Chrome window says: "Waiting for extension HTTPS Everywhere..."

 When I first load a BBC website it works fine, then after a while it stops
 working, but only in that specific tab. If I open a BBC website in another
 tab then it will work fine in that tab.
