 The tricky thing is closing the first window before it is visible +
 getting the resizing done properly. I did not figure out a way to get that
 working on all supported platforms although I tried for quite a while. And
 your notification does not help as the window is shown *before* all
 extensions are initialized/the chrome is overlaid.
