 I made this change

 bundle/commit/83a3d0f1bbd2f15c33691bd9082dff3e44a00fd9

 then ran the build twice and got the same hashes each time.

 dcf - Can you test 83a3d0f1bb (for Windows) and verify that it produces
 that same results as: https://kpdyer.com/3.6-fte-83a3d0f1bb/
