 It would be great if Tails could use Tor Launcher. The "Tor Launcher
 extension" thread on tails-dev lead us to think, as suggested by Kathleen,
 that it would be enough to have the user go through the Tor Launcher
 configuration dialogs, and exit the browser immediately after they click
 "Connect", when a given environment variable is set.
