 Sounds like a great thing to add.

 See #10537 for how we added Arabic. I assume it's just a matter of adding
 "tr" to the right file -- which in this case might be torlauncher's
 import-translations.sh file, torbutton's import-translations.sh file, and
 something for torbrowser?

 I think Mike is your person here, based on recent commits to these files.
