 Can someone tell me if that was automated or manual spam?

 It looked like an actual report for something that breaks due to a HTTPS-E
 rule, but the link title, made me wonder. The domain itself would be
 pretty neutral on first glance.

 (The text on it is comedy gold. I wonder if they manage to sell anything.)
