 Here's what I did:
 * updateGrid() encapsulation
 * ajax error refactoring
 * cleanNotFoundIssues()
 * used app wide constants
 * `delete_issue`, `plus_one` and `save_edit`: a) Checks if someone is
 editing the issue before performing an action. b) reports back to the user
 that the issue is locked and by whom.
 * If X is editing an Issue he should always be able to override the lock
 but not restart it (think he lost connection or OS crashed).
