 Thanks for the suggestion. It's a good idea, but for what I understand, it
 will require to upload the bundles on each request, something that is not
 contemplated in the design of the current GetTor, and I don't think it
 will be in the near future. Do you have information about actual
 governments or cloud services doing this?
