Comment:
"If a third party server appears to be tracking you without permission, by
using uniquely identifying cookies to collect a record of the pages you
visit across multiple sites, Privacy Badger will automatically disallow
content from that third party tracker"
(https://www.eff.org/privacybadger#how_does_it_work). And: "unlike other
blocking tools like AdBlock Plus, we have not made decisions about which
sites to block, but rather about which behavior is objectionable"
(https://www.eff.org/privacybadger#is_there_a_black_list). So still
filtering the web. Apart from that we are actively working on a patch
which solves the cookie issue without the need for an additional
extension: #3246. And this patch would help every Firefox user once it
gets upstreamed. Thus, this is a WONTFIX.
