 Replying to [ticket:8541 mrphs]:
 > it should be able to parse requests when the user has misspelled, or
 used the capital letters or different names of a bundle (for instance:
 obfs-windows, obfsproxy Windows, pluggable transport win, etc. they all
 should return one bundle).
