Comment:

 Per discussion with asn, implementing CTR-AES in python just for CentOS is
 not going to happen.  Since obfsproxy does indeed work with system python,
 this will be closed as invalid.

 The moment CentOS ships with a version of pycrypto that supports CTR mode
 properly, obfsproxy will run with entirely vendor provided packages.  Till
 then, update pycrypto.
