Comment:

 Sounds like a great idea. Actually, the best plan here would be to add a
 small section to Tor Weekly News every so often. Maybe you can volunteer
 to help make that happen?

 (Cc'ing Lunar just in case he hasn't thought of it, but I think the
 missing step is you helping, not people lacking imagination.)
