 I just came here to make the same suggestion in point 1) (changing the
 main menu button background color from orange to something else, e.g.
 green, to differentiate TorBrowser from Firefox windows). But since this
 ticket is still open, I'll merely add this comment to it. Point 2) has
 been nicely resolved with the green TorBrowser icon, but point 1) still
 stands.
