 This is a ruleset bug:

 The Amazon Web Services stable rule breaks the display of documents at
 issuu.com. For instance, see
 http://issuu.com/bighass/docs/revolt_magazine_issue04_final03.

 When the Amazon Web Services rule is turned off, you can navigate the
 pages, zoom in and zoom out with your mouse. When the rule is turned on,
 only a cover thumbnail is displayed.
