 Add: window.mozInnerScreenY is about coordinates of top of menu bar for OS
 Windows, i.e. window.mozInnerScreenY - window.screenY reports size of top
 border + menu bar + 1px. (size of menubar from OS configuration, where it
 named Active Title Bar, and border size counted as (window.outerWidth -
 window.innerWidth)/2)
