 People often ask the help desk about setting up a VPN with Tor. It should
 be more clear on our web documentation that they don't actually want this.
 What I have in mind is merging
 https://www.torproject.org/docs/faq.html.en#ShouldIUseTorWithAVPN with
 https://www.torproject.org/docs/faq.html.en#IsTorLikeAVPN and adding a
 message that Tor or Tor with a bridge is all you need.
