 The Tor Check resource on Transifex automatically looks for new and
 updated strings in the following location:
 http://svn.torproject.org/svn/translation/trunk/projects/torcheck/po/templates/TorCheck.pot.
 To edit or update the strings for the Tor Check resource, you need to
 update (and commit) this TorCheck.pot file.

 Is the text on TorBulkExitList.py your final version or do you want to
 suggest something different? I can review it once you're happy with the
 text.
