 See #9444, which asks for deterministic TBB builds with pluggable
 transport.
 (my ticket does not demand it to be included in the regular TBB. I'm not
 sure about this, since I don't know what users may find more irritating,
 though I opt for having just one bundle to make things easier)

 There's probably some ticket regarding auto updating TBB (or Tor
 installations in general), but I'm not sure if it includes upgrading to a
 whole new version. If someone knows those tickets, please share them here.
