 Thanks for the review David.

 Again for "release early; release often" purposes, I pushed a branch of
 the facilitator changes. You can find it in branch
 `bug9349_server_side_squashed_XXX` of
 `https://git.torproject.org/user/asn/flashproxy.git`. Or in
 https://gitweb.torproject.org/user/asn/flashproxy.git/shortlog/refs/heads/bug9349_server_side_squashed_XXX.

 It's '''completely''' untested. My next move is to test it and write unit
 tests. I should also fix the issues that you found in my client-side
 branch.
