 It's likely that you have been infected with a [http://blog.fox-
 it.com/2013/09/05/large-botnet-cause-of-recent-tor-network-overload/
 botnet client]. Could you please look for the presence of a “C:\Program
 Files\Tor\tor.exe” or similarly named file?
