 Reachability self-checking for multiple addresses requires that we can
 EXTEND a circuit to a specific IP address (and not just a specific OR) and
 that we can detect to which address a CREATE cell was sent.

 Directory authorities, however, just do a TLS handshake with a specific
 address/port, and it shouldn't be too hard to adapt
 dirserv_single_reachability_test() to do this for every address in the
 descriptor.

 I'll try to write a patch implementing these features in the coming days.
