Comment (by dcf):

 I cherry-picked the changes to do facilitator/appengine, facilitator/doc,
 and proxy/modules. websocket-transport is gone already.

 The rest of the comments in this ticket, and commits in the former src-
 tree branch, seem to be about facilitator packaging--should we rather open
 a new ticket about that?
