 Maybe not looking at the right places but I don't see how to activate the
 websocket-server pluggable transport on latest dev windows bundle
 configured as a relay.

 Probably something like:

 ServerTransportPlugin websocket exec websocket-server --port 9901

 Websocket traffic should be piped to the OR port, is it feasible and what
 are the commands to activate it?
