 The 2.3.25-15 and its predecessors often crash on Windows XP. I can't
 reproduce it perfectly. It can involve lists and scrolling during page-
 loading, though. It happens on Amazon, sometimes, too.

 Even with un-commenting in torrc, the logs don't work, so no logs
 available.
