 After an uptime of 40 days I think I can assume that the crashes have
 stopped.
 The problem is: I didn't change a thing.

 But the suspicious RSA-errors have also stopped. So maybe it was something
 those bots did? Maybe those bots sent unexpected input in some cases?

 Anyways, I can't help with further information, because my Tor doesn't
 seem to crash anymore.
